Counselling has been done in many organizations for variety of reasons. In some organizations the employees would be sent for counselling process as part of the organization requirement to achieve the stated standard.
As such, do explain the PURPOSE of counselling from your understanding. Do elaborate regarding it.
Example:
One of the purpose of counselling is to adopt, change and maintain behaviours.
I believe through counselling the counselle could attain self confidence and self esteem for their future undertakings. In fact, i feel through counselling , the counsellee had the oppurtunity to view himself/herself to change their perception towards betterment.
The purpose of counseling is to help clients achieve their personal goals, and gain greater insight into their lives. One hopes that by the end of this process one will be more satisfied with his or her life. Counseling is NOT a process where the counselor tells the client what he or she should do or decides choices for the client to make. Rather it is an opportunity for the client to come to a greater understanding of the person that he or she is with the help of the counselor.
ReplyDeletepurpose of the counseling process held counselee is to ease the burden, and help counselee to achieve what is wanted, and his main goal in life, sometimes the process of counseling can help counselee find a way to make a decision, but as we should remember that counseling counseling process is not making a decision to caunselee..
